Ease of Use      (top)
The iVendix application resides on our servers and can be accessed from anywhere, at anytime via the World Wide Web. It requires no special operating system. It does not have to be maintained by the purchaser. The application, and its associated databases, can be updated - quite literally - on a minute-by-minute basis. As a user interface, iVendix is intuitive - just as the Web is intuitive. Although the application is easy to use and is driven by a user-friendly, graphic interface, CenterStone provides ongoing support and initial hands-on training for iVendix users. More than 30,000 man-hours have gone into the development of the application, and the work continues for future version enhancements. Not only has this extensive amount of product development created an application with an astounding amount of functionality, but it has also made this functionality easy to access and navigate. iVendix makes use of multiple graphical displays and has been optimized to minimize the number of "clicks" to execute an order or to check product availability. Most dealers and sales reps have told us that they don't have the time or interest to learn a complicated sales order management software package. CenterStone listened, and iVendix addresses this concern.
